Auto-Renewal
This service is an auto-renewing subscription.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account on the renewal date.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > miri
- Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions > miri
- Web: In-app Settings > Subscription Management, or via the customer billing portal
- Email: support@miri.im
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to VIP features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
Refund Policy
- iOS: Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Refunds are handled by Google. Visit Google Play > Order History. Refunds within 48 hours of purchase are typically auto-approved.
Refund eligibility and processing times are determined by Apple's and Google's respective policies.
Web payments (Korea)
- You may withdraw your purchase within 7 days of payment under the Korean E-Commerce Act (Article 17).
- If you have used the service (at least one VIP conversation), the refund will be prorated by deducting the days used.
- No refunds after 7 days from the date of payment.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Contact support@miri.im for web payment refund requests.
Web payments (International)
- International web payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC) as merchant of record.
- Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@miri.im.
- If the service has been used, the refund amount will be prorated based on usage.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Payment Processing
International web payments are securely processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), our authorized payment partner and merchant of record. LemonSqueezy handles payment processing, tax calculation, and compliance. All transactions are encrypted and PCI DSS compliant.
Payment Failure
If your payment method fails to process, your VIP access may be suspended. Please ensure your payment information is up to date in your device settings or billing portal.
Price Changes
If subscription prices change, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Updated pricing will apply from the next billing cycle.
