Terms of Service

Effective: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the I'm Miri mobile application and related services, and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its users.

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms establish the conditions for using I'm Miri services, and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its members.

Article 2. Definitions

Article 3. Posting and Amendment of Terms

The Company shall post these Terms on the initial screen of the Service and shall notify members at least 7 days before any amendments take effect. For amendments unfavorable to members, at least 30 days' prior notice shall be given.

Membership is established when a user agrees to the Terms, submits a registration application, and the Company approves it.

Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company shall process it promptly.

  • Registering false information
  • Using another person's identity
  • Violating laws or these Terms
  • Actions contrary to public order and morals

Fortune analysis results and AI conversation content are for reference only and are not scientifically proven facts. Please seek professional advice when making important decisions.

Article 14. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable in the following cases:

Limitations of Fortune Analysis

  • Reference material based on traditional methods; not scientifically proven
  • Do not blindly trust results; seek professional advice for important decisions
  • The Company is not liable for damages resulting from analysis results

Limitations of AI Conversation

  • AI is based on training data and may contain errors
  • Accuracy, completeness, and usefulness are not guaranteed
  • Cannot replace professional consultation in law, medicine, finance, etc.

Article 15. Copyright

Copyright for works created by the Company belongs to the Company. Members may not use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Article 17. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Disputes between the Company and members shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act, and the laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply.

Article 18. Paid Services and Subscriptions

The Company offers a VIP Membership (the "Paid Service") with the following subscription plans:

Prices for in-app purchases are determined by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in your local currency. Web subscription pricing (available in Korea only) is KRW 9,900/month or KRW 47,520/year.

The Paid Service operates on an auto-renewal basis. Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the same price.

VIP benefits: unlimited daily conversations, premium oracles, extended conversation memory, and up to 20 acquaintance profiles.

Article 19. Cancellation and Refunds

In-app purchases (iOS/Android): Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests.

Web subscriptions (Korea only): You may withdraw your purchase within 7 days of the payment date (pursuant to Korean E-Commerce Act, Article 17). If you have used the service, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the prorated usage.

How to cancel:

After cancellation, you may continue to use VIP features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Article 20. Billing

If a payment fails, the Company will notify the member. If payment is not successfully processed within a certain period, the Paid Service may be suspended.

If the Company changes subscription prices, members will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Price changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

For disputes related to electronic commerce, you may seek remedy through the following organizations:

For users outside of Korea, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
