How It Works
Digital subscription product. I'm Miri VIP is a SaaS subscription that provides enhanced access to our AI chat software.
After subscribing, VIP features are activated immediately. Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Billing & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting support.
After cancellation, VIP access continues until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except the 7-day withdrawal for web subscriptions described below.
Refund Policy
Web subscriptions (Korea only, KRW): You may withdraw within 7 days of payment by contacting cristina@miri.im. If the service has been used, the refund is prorated (Terms of Service, Article 19).
App Store and Google Play purchases: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
