How It Works

Digital subscription product. I'm Miri VIP is a SaaS subscription that provides enhanced access to our AI chat software.

After subscribing, VIP features are activated immediately. Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting support.
After cancellation, VIP access continues until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@miri.im.
If the service has been used, the refund amount will be prorated based on usage.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For App Store or Google Play purchases, refunds are handled by the respective platform.

Payment Processing

International web payments are securely processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), our authorized payment partner and merchant of record. LemonSqueezy handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and compliance on our behalf.

All transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
